What we learn in online lessons
I offer English tutoring for students from preparatory grade to grade 8. Exercises are chosen according to age, current level and goal: becoming familiar with English, consolidating schoolwork or gaining confidence in conversation.
- Vocabulary: words and expressions used in easy-to-understand contexts.
- Conversation: asking questions, answering and expressing ideas in English.
- Grammar: explanations and exercises for topics that need clarification.
- Reading and writing: activities suitable for the student's level.
- Admission preparation: exercises for grade 5 intensive English classes, based on the school's requirements.
Getting ready for an online lesson
The student needs a stable internet connection, a device with a microphone and camera, and a quiet place to concentrate. A laptop or tablet with a sufficiently large screen can make working with materials more comfortable.
We agree on the communication platform and required materials before the first lesson. For younger children, we also discuss a parent's help with connecting.
Attention to the student, not just the screen
The online format needs to suit the child's age and attention span. We alternate explanations with exercises and activities appropriate to their level. We'll discuss together whether online lessons are the right choice for your child.
Who you'll work with
I'm Irina, a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, specialising in English–Spanish Philology, with completed psychopedagogical training. My experience includes after-school activities and individual tutoring. My approach combines patience and encouragement with a serious commitment to learning.

Yes. You don't need to live in Bucharest for online lessons. We agree on a suitable time and make sure the connection works before each lesson.
