Spanish that makes sense to children
I'm Irina. I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures, specialising in English–Spanish Philology, and completed the psychopedagogical training module. My experience includes after-school programmes and individual tutoring.
Spanish is read almost exactly as it is written, so the first steps come quickly. We build on that to give children confidence from the very first lessons.
Spanish tutoring for children and teenagers in Bucharest
Lessons are for students from preparatory grade to grade 8. Activities are chosen according to age and level, so every lesson suits the child.
For beginners
Greetings, introductions, numbers, colours and family: core vocabulary learned through games, songs and age-appropriate activities. Reading and writing are introduced gradually.
For students who study Spanish at school
We clarify classroom topics, revise before tests and practise grammar: verb conjugation, noun gender and the difference between ser and estar. We also work on conversation, so students can use what they have learned.
Individual lessons or small groups of 2–3 children
Children in a group have the same Spanish level, so activities and pace suit everyone. Lessons take place in a safe, welcoming space, with attention to each child. We confirm the children's level and available places before booking.

How to arrange the first lesson
Call or message me on WhatsApp with your child's grade, whether they have studied Spanish before and your preferred schedule. We discuss format, duration and rates before starting.
My child has never studied Spanish. Can they start?
Yes. We start from scratch, with simple vocabulary and age-appropriate activities, and progress at the child's pace.
Do you also offer English tutoring?
Yes. I also offer English tutoring for the same grades, in Bucharest and online.
